Altimeter, USSR

Here is a Cold-War-era Altimeter from a military aircraft of the USSR. The stem of the adjustment knob is broken, but the knob has been kept with the instrument.  It is in fine condition otherwise.  The glass and case are intact and in superb condition. Measures ~3.25 inches diameter by ~5 inches deep.

Not much else is known about this altimeter.
